In June, we visited one of our plant producers: GAEC l’Etoile Verte. Guillaume and his associates cultivate or pick plants in the heart of Savoy, in the area of Chautagne. L’Atelier des Lacs particularly appreciates their passion and thoroughness, which is why we have selected this producer to supply the plants used in the composition of our sweets.
